We want to help you achieve your goals as an endurance athlete. Using personal training schedules, we ensure more training enjoyment, less injury better performance and offer additional information on sports nutrition, warm-up and race format. In each case, we assign one trusted person to follow and guide you throughout your entire process.

A bike or treadmill exercise test can be conducted on-site if needed. Together with the coach, we will determine whether this is necessary for your upcoming goals. However, it is not a required step for coaching or schedule creation if you already have defined training zones.

Through the online software tool Trainingpeaks, your schedule is forwarded and your data recorded so we can provide 2 weekly feedback on your sessions. You can also contact your coach yourself throughout the coaching process for quicker adjustments/extra advice.

What is an optimal heart rate, pace, or wattage for running or cycling? This is the common question we try to address with lactate testing. By taking lactate measurements during testing, we gain insight into your physiological profile. This allows us to target which type of workouts you can complete at exactly the right intensity zones.

We also gain insight into your strengths and weaknesses condition-wise, and try to help you steer this in the right direction for optimal preparation. As a coach, it is an ideal tool to make your schedule more specific.
