If you are unable to come to an appointment due to circumstances, please cancel online, by mail or by phone 48 hours before the appointment, so someone else can still take the place. If not, this session will be charged for the full amount.

• At the first physical therapy appointment, please bring the following items: identity card, doctor's prescription, additional reports (e.g. imaging) and athletic clothing.
• For an exercise test, please bring the following: towel, sportswear, running or cycling shoes, your own heart rate monitor if possible and water. Own bike at bike test.

An initial consultation (1h) costs €70 which includes an intake, examination, treatment plan and initial treatment. A follow-up consultation (30') with additional individual exercise time in the exercise room costs €35. Part of this will be reimbursed by your health insurance company. These rates can easily be found on the website of your health insurance company but vary from person to person and per disorder. 

Payments are made via bank transfer or Payconic. If you come via doctor's prescription, you will receive a certificate for a partial refund after payment. All physical therapists are deconventional.

A locker room is available; showering is not possible.
