Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapy combines manual therapy with active rehabilitation. We first ensure that your body is properly aligned through manual therapy, followed by individualized exercise therapy. We provide guidance for rehabilitation after surgeries, immobilization, sports injuries, and non-specific pain, while also focusing on general stability, strength, and coordination. This is done through individual sessions at our practice, often combined with a home exercise program to promote optimal and independent progress.
Manual therapy
Injuries or other physical issues often stem from limitations in joint mobility and muscle flexibility. Using manual techniques such as manipulations, mobilizations, dry needling, and stretching, we can target and alleviate these restrictions. This approach helps relax the body and stimulates the healing process.

Active Rehabilitation
In functional rehabilitation, we focus on muscle-strengthening exercises that are essential for daily movements and sport-specific activities. From the beginning of rehabilitation, we work on mobility, flexibility, stability, and strength training muscle chains to create a better balance between muscle groups. To enhance muscle control, we also ensure that neuromuscular exercises are included.
In our spacious exercise area, we utilize advanced equipment such as Technogym and Redcord, and we offer the option of aqua training for a fast and functional start to the recovery process.

Injury Prevention
The fewer injuries you have, the more consistent your training can be, and the better your performance will be. To prevent these injuries, you can train preventively. This is beneficial for both elite athletes and recreational sports enthusiasts.
In this therapy, we analyze the weak points in the body and create a specific plan to strengthen them and improve the body’s ability to handle physical stress. We also provide guidance on training progression, warm-up/cool-down routines, and strength training for optimal performance.
