Group lessons


In addition to specialized rehabilitation, we also offer a unique range of small group training sessions. Our training sessions are accessible, personalized, and focused on injury prevention, muscle strength, mobility, and/or fitness. Ideal for those who want to work on a strong and healthy body. By limiting the number of participants to six, we can work on a personalized approach, drawing on the motivation of the other participants around you. This takes place in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment. Below, you'll find more information about the various classes we offer.

Prijzen
- €170 for a 10-session card (10+1 free). These are valid for three months.
th these group lessons, the next session builds on the previous one. It's important to attend weekly to maximize progress, so the lessons are valid for a limited period. Missing a lesson isn't a disaster, of course, and with this three-month validity period, it's perfectly possible.
- €19 for 1 lesson.

Start To Lift
Injuries or other physical issues often stem from limitations in joint mobility and muscle flexibility. Using manual techniques such as manipulations, mobilizations, dry needling, and stretching, we can target and alleviate these restrictions. This approach helps relax the body and stimulates the healing process.


ENDURANCE POWER
Strength training in endurance sports: it's often underutilized. However, this additional training has many benefits. Read more about it in detail on our blog.
We offer strength training for endurance athletes who want to build up their fitness for the first time, and we offer this training for athletes who are already more advanced in strength-specific training.


AGE STRONG
Stay fit and strong with this adapted strength training program for the over-40s. The focus is on maintaining muscle mass and supporting overall health for a better quality of life now and in the future. This class is for anyone who wants to stay active in a fun way, with guidance. Age is just a number, though. Read more about healthy aging in our blog.


Core Flow
A gentle class for a strong and stable core. Strengthen your core and improve your posture to prevent or improve pain. This can also be done after (back) rehabilitation, in which case our physiotherapists will inform the coach.


Power Circuit
An energetic small group training session where you'll work on strength, functional exercises, and endurance in a circuit format. Expect a combination of weight training and dynamic exercises for the entire body. Each round is short, powerful, and goal-oriented. Ideal for those who want to get stronger and fitter in a motivating way.
